Alumni Beach Meetup (Optional)
Arriving early? Join us for a relaxed afternoon at the beach with fellow CMY alumni where we will lounge on the beach and end the day creating content together. Come connect, catch up, and enjoy some time together before Sunday's event. Location and timing will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.

9:30-10:15am Morning Slow Flow with Rachel Kladis
Start your day with mindful movement in this Morning Slow Flow. We'll gently awaken the body, release stiffness, and connect breath with movement to build strength, mobility, and ease. This class will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and ready for the day ahead.
10:45-11:30am Mobility & Flow for Functional Fitness with Tedi Searle
This class combines mobility, deep stretching, breath work, and athletic yoga flow to improve performance, prevent injury, and help your body recover from the demands of training.
11:45-12:30pm Power in Motion with Jenn Sjoblom
A creative, breath-led flow designed to cultivate both strength and fluidity in your practice. This class balances grounding power with graceful, intentional transitions. Through thoughtful sequencing and breath-centered movement, you’ll build resilience, move with ease, and flow with purpose.
12:30-1:30 pm Lunch Break
1:30-2:15pm Creative Yin & Community Connection with Juliana LaRochelle
We’ll begin with a 30-minute yin practice and close with 15 minutes of guided connection exercises designed to foster meaningful relationships within the Cathy Madeo Alumni community.
2:30-3:15pm  Create Your Flow Naomi Gogas
In this session you’ll be guided through a foundational sequence with space to add your own creativity, honoring your body in the present moment. Desire more, need less, want a variation? Do you, it’s your practice.Â
3:30-4:30pm TBA Workshop with Cathy Madeo

MEET YOUR ALUMNI EVENT TEACHERS
Jenn Sjoblom
Jenn Sjoblom is the owner and co-founder of Engedi Mind·Body in Bartow, Florida, where she leads with clarity, compassion, and joy. Jenn is a 500-Hour Cathy Madeo Alumni and CMY Lead Trainer with decades of dance experience as both a performer and teacher. She brings fluid movement, creative sequencing, and genuine warmth to every class. She believes yoga should feel both strong and free, and that the mat is a safe place to explore what is possible.
Naomi Gogas
Naomi Gogas is an E-RYT 500 hr yoga teacher based in Columbus, GA. Naomi’s experience and training with yoga covers multiple styles and variety can be found in her classes. Primarily focused on alignment and vinyasa flow, her teaching will invite you to explore the body mind connection that yoga offers. As a practitioner Naomi found freedom within her body and life, an offering she hopes to share with others.Â
Rachel Kladias
Rachel Kladias is a Yoga Alliance-certified 500-hour yoga teacher, vinyasa and yin instructor, and founder of Rachel Kavela Yoga. With over 30 years of personal practice and more than 15 years of teaching experience, she blends strength training principles with intentional yoga sequencing to help students build strength, mobility, and resilience. Rachel completed her advanced training with Cathy Madeo Yoga and is a CMY Lead Trainer.Â
Tedi Searle
Tedi Searle is an RYT-500 certified yoga instructor and certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for movement, education, and human connection. Holding a Master's degree in Kinesiology and nearly two decades of teaching experience, she blends technical expertise with compassionate guidance to help students move with confidence and ease. Tedi is known for creating supportive, encouraging environments where individuals feel empowered to learn, grow, and thrive. She believes movement is medicine and that everyone deserves to feel strong.
Juliana Larochelle
Juliana Larochelle is a certified yoga teacher, mentor, and creator of the Steal My Flow movement, where she shares creative sequences and practical tools for yoga teachers. With more than 12 years of teaching experience, she is known for making sequencing approachable, inspiring, and fun while sharing the real side of teaching yoga. In her 20s Juliana lived in an ashram in Vrindavan, where she studied the Bhagavad Gita and developed a deep appreciation for yoga philosophy, which continues to shape her teaching today.
Cathy Madeo
Cathy Madeo is the founder of Cathy Madeo Yoga and has spent more than 20 years teaching, mentoring, and training yoga teachers around the world. Through her online yoga school, she has helped thousands of students deepen their practice and build meaningful teaching careers. Cathy is passionate about fostering connection within the alumni community and is thrilled to bring graduates together for this special event to reconnect, learn, and celebrate their shared journey.
