The classes include yoga postures, stretching techniques and ways to use props to deepen your splits. Those new to splits will receive a roadmap for getting there, those accessing their splits will receive new ways to practice and deepen. You’ll also learn how to use your breath to surrender into poses, and find more ease at your edge.
